Hiri LLG Special Purpose Authority
Hiri Local Level Government Special Purpose Authority (HLLGSPA) was established under the Organic Law on Provincial and Local Level Government Affairs Act 1997. It was set up as an implementing mechanism for the Processing Plant Facility License 2 (PPFL2) which Hiri of the PNG LNG Project recieve their royalties and development levies.
